Want to know what we can do for you

Do we need to keep pets locked up when staff arrive?
No, please leave your fury family to leisure in their home we don’t want to cause them any stress, they usually just want a few minutes of belly rubs.🐾 Your profile will be noted of any pets and notes you may want our staff to know, such as if cats are indoor/outdoor.
Do we need to leave the home for you to clean?
No, staff can complete service efficiently with you or your family home, we just ask for distance when they are servicing an area. However, you may leave the home if you wish, just let use know.
Will I have the same cleaner?
Our technicians are all trained the same and stay working as a consistent team of 2 or 3. We are a small company so you’ll generally see the same faces each visit, with the exception of new hires. However, we will make sure that one of our team members is a familiar face and knows your home.

For various reasons we can not always guarantee the same cleaners due to vacation time, sick days, weather delays are just a few factors. Please be assured we will try our best to continue your services with a regular team to keep the consistency.

Do you have insurance?
Yes, we have coverage for any damage. However, we can not be responsible for damages of items not securely placed (examples- mirrors or pictures not hung properly, or nailed acceptably) please ensure valuable items such as ornaments are stored away while service is being completed. Maximum claim per item $125.00.
How do you bill?
Our system is very advanced, and tracks our staff and services from start to finish. You are billed after your visit by an emailed invoice. Our preferred methods of payment is by e-transfer, cash, or cheque. We offer credit card payments with a 1.5% service fee. Payment is due on the day of service unless a different payment schedule has been previously been discussed.
Do you have contracts or policies?

We don’t have any contracts in place for residential clients, however, we do have contracts in place for commercial clients.

We have a cancellation policy for residential services.
A lot of administrative time goes into scheduling and organizing staff routes, and ensuring clients get service on their set days. Also, when you book a cleaning service with us you’re immediately put into our scheduling system, this holds your service slot, therefor if insufficient time is not given before cancellation this is a loss for the company as we still have to pay staff. We kindly ask for 48 hours or more to cancel or reschedule as this allows for us to fill that spot and reorganize the day efficiently.

When canceling a service less than 48 hours and between 24 hours there will be a fee of $75+tax.

If canceling on day of service you will billed at your regular rate.

Client & technician relationship?
Although it is pleasant for Our clients and technicians to build friendly relationships, we have a poaching policy which will result in a monetary fine if it comes to our attention you have received or hired an individual from our company for your own personal services. We spend a great deal of time paying for advertising to obtain new employees & training new hires.
Residential cleaning?
Our priority is communication! that is why Executive Touch Cleaning has one of the most advanced scheduling systems available for professionals in Nova Scotia. We are proud to be able to offer this system to our technicians and clients.

Your service is completely tracked from the time of booking to being notified of staff on the route, also when staff have started and finished service.

Our scheduling system allows our clients and technicians to communicate with each other through a text notification system. Each client has a profile in our system with specific instructions and requests for service, you’re always in touch with us!
